6U - 25 Free/25 Back

7/8 - 25 Free/25 Back/25 Breast/25 Fly, if they are legal in all 4 strokes 100 IM

9/10 - 25 Free/25 Back/25 Breast/25 Fly, if legal in all 4 strokes 100 IM, 50 Free

11/12 - 50 Free/50 Back/50 Breast/50 Fly, if legal in all 4 100 IM, 100 Free

13&Up - 50 Free/50 Back/50 Breast/50 Fly, if legal in all 4 100 IM, 100 Free
