WARM UPS

RWB - FRI 5:00-5:20 LN 4, SAT 7:30-7:50 LN 1-3, SUN 7:10-7:30 LN 4-5

PON - SAT 7:40-8:00 LN 2-3, SUN 7:20-7:40 LN 3-4 (DIVE ONLY LANES 1&8)

INVITATIONALS:  I've gotten lots of emails regarding relays at both meets.  This is the most difficult weekend as far as relays go, for example 10U races at RWB on SAT there are relays at PON for these age groups in the event you can make it...we don't want people to sacrifice their individual events for a relay at PON...but if you can make it we encourage the group to go together...check with all relay individuals to make sure this happens...it's a group decision...so all or none will go together.   Now on SUN, 10 relays will have no problems going to PON as there are no conflicts...but again make sure your other participants plan to go as well...I don't want 2 people to travel there and the other 2 not go causing a scratch.  I ALSO DO NOT WANT TO SCRATCH ANY RWB RELAYS. 11&Up will be the exact opposite, no conflicts on SAT but lots of conflicts on SUN.  Again...GROUP DECISION.
