Good evening Crocs:

This note is a quick version of how to sign up for a meet.There seem to be a few people having trouble, so hoping to help clear up any confusion.

Please follow these instructions by the deadline before each meet, whether you are attending or not.It is a courtesy to the coaches to let them know one way or the other so they know what to expect.

• Log in to the website
• Locate the Meet Entry button and click on it
• Click Edit at the bottom of the screen
• Use the dropdown box to select “Attending this Meet” or “Not Attending this Meet” for each swimmer
  • If attending, click on the events the swimmer wants to swim and answer the relay questions (note that there are no relays this week, but it’s good to see how it works)
  • If not attending, click Not Attending and (this week) contact Coach French ASAP
• Hit SAVE!!!!!!!
• To check that it worked, go back to the Home page, then click on the Meet Entry button again
  • If you see your swimmer(s) and events, it worked
  • If you don’t see them, it did not work – start over or ask for help

Again, please do this before each meet, even if you are not attending.It helps the coaches!

If you are not able to be at time trials, CONTACT COACH FRENCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.If you don’t contact her in time, you will not be eligible to swim in the next meet!
