Happy Friday, Croc Families!

Tomorrow is our first away meet away against Bridgeland. Here is all of the information you need to know:

PEP RALLY TONIGHT- 6-7 pm- We will have Marco's pizza and drinks for sale and fun games and swimming for the kids.  The ribbon boxes will also be there with any ribbons that your swimmer won last week will be in your folder. There will not be any time improvement ribbons yet though as we have only had one official meet. Those will come next week.

MORNING SETUP/PARKING- The pool address is 16919 N. Bridgeland Lake Parkway.  Please do not park in any areas marked in red (round-abouts, in front of any private residences, etc.). The parking areas for our team are in the lot next to the playground, ESE of the pool (south on map provided). Please only park on one side of the street. Bridgeland roads are narrow and often there is not enough space for cars to drive through if cars are parked on both sides of the street.

TENT SETUP INFORMATION- The grassy area in between the pool building and Lakeland Activity Center is reserved for the Bridgeland swim families. The tent setup for Coles Crocs is in the same grassy area, but beginning at the playground and extending to the sidewalk along the lake. Tents may be set up in the area between the lake and the rear of the pool. There are two gates providing access to the pool; one is at the rear of the pool and the other is between the buildings.

NO ONE is allowed in the back pool, diving well, splash pad, lake, dock, sand volleyball courts or tennis courts.  There is ample space to set up, but kids may wander and need to be watched closely.

MANDATORY CIRCLE IN BY 7:45 AM- All swimmers MUST circle in by 7:45 tomorrow morning at the lap pool. The circle in boards will be located in the front of our Croc setup area. Look for them when you arrive. If a swimmer's name is not circled, the clerk of course assumes they are not there and they will be scratched from the meet. We will also have number writers located near the circle in boards to write your swimmer's event numbers on their arm. Look for someone with a sharpie to help you!

WARM-UPS for our team (AWAY) will begin at 7:45 and they are also mandatory for all swimmers.  Our team has never swam at this pool before so EVERYONE needs to be there in time for warm ups.

WEATHER- It's going to be hot so pack the sunscreen and stay hydrated throughout the day!

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN- There will NOT be a Croc information table. You MUST sign in with Ashley Yoakem to get credit for your shift. She will be running around so ask someone if you don't know who she is.

CONCESSIONS- They will have various types of concessions so don't forget to bring money!
