CROCS v. FF 10 & Under Meet INFO

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!! Our first dual meet of the season! Below is all the information you need to know so please read all the way through...

MORNING SETUP/PARKING- The pool address in Fairfield is 15015 Heath Green Circle. When you arrive, you will see the set up area. Due to construction, the parking lot will be used for tent setup. No parking in the parking lot. Parking is available on the side streets near the pool. Please obey all posted No Parking signs and watch for pedestrians.

MANDATORY CIRCLE IN BY 7:30 AM- All swimmers MUST circle in by 7:30 tomorrow morning at the lap pool. If a swimmer's name is not circled, the clerk of course assumes they are not there and they will be scratched from the meet. Don’t forget to check the website (click on meet entry, then your swimmer’s name) to see your event numbers. Writing them on your child’s arm with a sharpie is highly recommended.

WARM-UPS for our team (AWAY) will begin at 7:40 and they are also mandatory for all swimmers.

SWIM CAPS- I will be there from 8-8:30 handing out caps if you missed today's pickup.

WEATHER- It's going to be warm & sunny so pack the sunscreen and stay hydrated throughout the day!

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN- Scott Hollis will be handling volunteer check in so look for him if you have questions.

CONCESSIONS-Due to COVID restrictions, and shorter meet times, their concession options will be reduced. They will be serving breakfast along with snacks & drinks throughout the meet. Concessions items can be purchased with cash or card.

HEAT SHEETS- Heat sheets will be available for purchase across from concessions.

TIMELINE-The meet is scheduled to start at 8:30am. All volunteers should listen for announcements & be in place to allow for a prompt start to the meet.

COVID GUIDELINES- The Fairfield HOA has requested all swimmers wear a mask when in the pool area. However with the shortage of volunteers and limited funds, it is not feasible to acquire additional volunteers to monitor and patrol the usage of masks. Please be mindful of the health and safety of others & do your part. Swimmers will need to provide their own baggie (if they are wearing a mask) labeled with their full name and age.

Get some sleep and get ready to CROC IT UP tomorrow!  See you there!
