Crocs,

I forgot to mention in the previous email, for those that may not know, there is a fee for participation in invitational meets.  The fee charged by the meet hosts is $7 per individual event, payable to the Coles Crocs.  The Crocs will collect the fees from swimmers, then submit one check for the whole team to the meet sponsor.  The Crocs cover the entry fees for any relays.

Please note that once the team pays the sponsor, the sponsor will not refund any entry fees, so entry fees for invitationals are not refundable even if something comes up and the swimmer can't attend the meet.
