The meet entry windows for this year's post season invitationals, All Stars and Ponderosa are now open. Please enter your swimmers by logging into the website and clicking on the green "Meet Entry Open" button under the meet in the list. Both meets will be the weekend of June 25-27, with All Stars having a few events on Friday night.  All other All Star events and all of Ponderosa will be on Saturday and Sunday.  All Stars will be at Klein High School and Ponderosa will be at the Cy Fair ISD Natatorium.  The deadline for entering these meets is Saturday, June 19 at 5 pm.

These are invitational meets, so your swimmer must qualify for each event based on their times. Swimmers may enter as many events as they qualify for and want to swim. The web site will only allow entry into events for which the swimmer is qualified, so you don't have to worry about that. As always, coaches will assign relay teams based on swimmers' times.

Please note that for these meets, as with all invitational meets, there is a fee for participation in each individual event. The fee charged by the meet hosts is $11 per individual event for All Stars, and $10 per individual event for Ponderosa, payable to the Coles Crocs. The Crocs will collect the fees from swimmers, then submit one check for the whole team to each meet sponsor. The Crocs cover the entry fees for any relays.

Please note that once the team pays the sponsor, the sponsor will not refund any entry fees for any reason, so entry fees for invitationals are not refundable even if something comes up and the swimmer can't attend the meet.
