Hello NWAL Teams!We are looking forward to seeing each of you this weekend. I wanted to send a few reminders re: some information that will make the event run smoothly and fun for all!

• Families are to follow our FB Page for a live stream of the scoreboard. This way they will know which Event / Heat we are on and when to head to the ready bench. https://www.facebook.com/PACK-Swimming-198712450171752
• Parents & Spectators are to enter the Natatorium through the main doors and can exit the side door. No one should enter at the rear door of the nat as this is where the ready bench is and is for swimmer's only.
• ALL coaches will be asked to show their NWAL Badge upon entering the deck. Once credentials are verified, they may receive their coach packet & deck passes. If they don't bring their NWAL badge, they are not allowed on deck.
• Timer chairs have been assigned and can be found in our meet program or on our website at packswimming.com. If your team has been assigned a chair, please ensure you set up reasonable shifts so there is adequate coverage but also allow those families that volunteer to enjoy the meet.
• If your team was not assigned a chair and chairs are not covered, please let families know that we may make a general call for timers and would greatly appreciate them stepping in. If we don't have enough timers, we will stop the meet.
• Indoor / Air Conditioned setup for all spectators located in the school's hallway and cafeteria. Please only setup where the blue tape is and do not block entrances, walkways or bathrooms. And PLEASE CLEAN UP your area prior to leaving for the day.
• Doors will open for families to set up at 8:45 AM on Sunday and 1:45 on Monday.
• FREE HEAT SHEETS - will be available via QR Code Scan and flyers will be posted throughout the school and nat so families can download. We will NOT post or sell heat sheets.
• Spectator seating inside the Natatorium is come and go. No setup is allowed in the bleachers.
• Results will be posted in the school's hallway and will be emailed to all team's within 3 days.
• Families can park in the front or rear parking lot.
• D&J will be on site selling custom Summer Thunder Apparel.
• Food trucks will be located outside the main Natatorium doors.
• Limited concessions will be available for purchase.
• Awards ceremony for the Individual High Point winners for the younger group will be presented inside the Natatorium at the conclusion of Sunday's meet.
• Awards ceremony for the Individual High Point winners for the older group and Team High Point winners for 2 categories (Large & Small) will be presented inside the Natatorium at the conclusion of Monday's meet.
