Happy Tuesday All!  CONGRATS again to our COLES CROCS for taking 2nd Place High Pt TEAM in the Large Team Division at SUMMER THUNDER! Congrats to Molly Kate Maddan and Adam Speedie for both claiming HIGH PT for their AGE DIVISIONS and Congrats to all CROCS that came out and really raced! Your coaches are very proud of you!

THIS WEEK: 

1. Don't forget to sign up for the STONE GATE MEET by tonight!  This is our last DUAL MEET, which means if you haven't gotten an official time by this SAT you will not be able to swim that stroke in any other meet the rest of the season...this includes swimming that stroke on a relay.  Please message me if you have any specific questions about this.

2. Night Practice this week TUES/THUR 5:45 - 6:30 PM for all age groups.  Last week we had a very low turnout in the second practice (like 3 swimmers), so we are combining.
