Hi CROCS!  I can't believe that tomorrow is our last practice of the season.  Don't forget to bring in some canned goods for the CY-HOPE Food Drive by tomorrow's practice.  I'll have popsicle treats for all.  Tomorrow's practice will be RELAYS and GAMES.

INVITATIONALS - LOTS OF INFO PLEASE READ!!! The estimated timelines and warm up/timing assignments have been posted for PONDEROSA.  Hoping to have the ALLSTARS timelines soon.  Keep checking and let me know if you see any conflicts.

PONDEROSA will be held at the CYFAIR NAT...outside set up.  ALLSTARS will be held at the CY-RANCH NAT with indoor setup (pack accordingly). Both meets are set to start at 9:00 AM.  Warm Up assignments are listed below.

WARM UPS: SAT at PON 7:25-7:50 AM in Lanes 3-4, SAT at ALLSTARS 7:30-7:45 in Lanes 7-8, and 9-11. SUN at PON 7:00-7:25 in Lanes 5-6, SUN at ALLSTARS 7:30-7:45 in Lanes 7-8 and 9-10.

RELAYS: If you are on relays at both locations, or you have events at both locations.  See your relays below.  Lots of questions about "CAN I MAKE IT?!" It is possible in some cases.  Many of our younger swimmers on SAT are trying to swim free at Allstars, do the relay and then maybe skipping backstroke to make it to PON for the free relay there.  My suggestion is that you decide together as a group.  For instance, don't leave ALLSTARS without talking to your other relay members...they stay behind and you are at PON by yourself and the relay scratches.
