Hello Crocs and Happy Wednesday! 

   We have our dual meet this weekend vs. Townelake.   As usual, the visiting team will need to set up in our parking lot and they are a large team like us.  We are expecting to have all hands on deck to make this meet go quickly.  

   We would like to advise that our gates will not open till 615.  Our set up team will start at 6 and they need a clear path to get everything moving.  We mentioned in the past to please not arrive till 615, but at our last home meet we were bombarded with individual set up before 6.  We have decided that going forward we must block off our drive into the parking lot.  You will be able to pull up outside the lot on Coles Crossing  drive to drop off your items, park and return to retrieve, but you will not be able to pull into the lot unless you are a sponsor with a paid spot. 

   If you notice that tents are set up Friday evening and this interest you, please email me - we allow our board of directors to set up Friday nite since we have many duties Saturday morning.  We can find you a spot on the board if this perk interest you. 

   I have received some emails concerned about volunteer points, but we still have 4 spots open for Saturday.  If you need points - please grab these spots, they are for you. 

  Also, please mark your calendar for June 17th - this is our divisional meet and EVERY swimmer swims and every family volunteers!  It is not a special meet - it is our biggest and best meet of the season and we need EVERYONE! Plan to be there - this means YOU!
