Practice this week.  Starting to really DIVE into some of the STROKES that might be new to many of our CROCS.  Teaching 6&Unders RELAYS...which is always entertaining.  It's hard to believe we are in our 4 week of the season and approaching our FIRST ACTUAL DUAL MEET.  This will be our OUT OF DIVISION meet.  Feel free to select your events this week.  You are allowed 3 as a maximum.  The DEADLINE is tonight before midnight.  If you have not done time trial times by now in any event, you will not be eligible to swim this Sat.
