Happy Monday CROCS!!!

Great Job with your first week of practice!!! Even though it is a school holiday for students today...if you are back in town...join us because PRACTICE is a GO.  There is a slight chance of storms today and tomorrow but higher percentages in store for Wed and Thur...with that said...be weather aware...if it is sprinkling practice will be a go...if it is thundering and lightning we have to adhere to the same rules as the lifeguards and will be unable to get in the pool in those conditions.  We will send out notification through email and post on the FB group if practice gets canceled due to inclement weather.

SAFETY AT PRACTICE: I've received a few messages from community members that are concerned with students traveling to practice and the number of kids they see playing out by the road between the pool and the school.  The safest place for your kids to be is at your side or in the pool area with their coaches and if they are not at practice, they should not be playing by a busy road or in the parking lot while their sibling is at practice.  Our 'no parents on the pool deck' policy does not mean hang out and watch in an unsafe spot...the intention is for you to drop off your swimmer and come back when they are done.  

TUESDAY NIGHT right after the last practice we are having an informational parent meeting in regards to our LOCAL Cypress Youth Triathlon Group at 7:00 PM at the Lap Pool.  If you are interested, come have a listen and let your kids meet the group for a quick little intro practice.
