    Parent Meeting Recap

Thanks everyone that attended the parent meeting on Sunday. If you were unable to attend, this is a brief recap with the important information.

Our team website ( colescrocs.org ) is your best resource. We will update important events on the schedule. Our meet schedule is already posted on the site. The updated 2026 volunteer requirements are posted on the “Team Info —> Volunteers” tab. Our FAQs are also located under the Team Info tab.

Our first day of practice is scheduled for April 13th. Our practice schedule is listed on the website under the Swimming tab. If you have a 10 and under swimmer that is new to any swim team, they will need to attend a safety check on either Saturday, April 11th (10am to noon) or Sunday, April 12th (3-5pm) at the Crocs lap pool.

    Recommended apps / resources:

    • SwimTopia - aligns with our meet software. You can view your swimmer’s events and results, as well as volunteer shifts. We will send team push notifications via this app for practice cancellations, etc. For $6 a month, you can receive heat sheets after our computer team publishes them
    • Time Drops Live - real-time race results from our electronic timing system. This app is free. Note these results are unofficial until reviewed by our computer team.
    • Coles Crossing Crocs Swim Team Facebook page - a secondary source for information and team updates

    Apparel:

    • We have a new team suit this year. These are available at D&J Sports (11407 Spring Cypress Road, Suite 100
    • Team swim caps are available for order on the website, under the Shop tab. We are not doing a towel order this year.
    • You can purchase shirts, hats and more in our team store; link under Shop tab
    • Deadline for team store is April 11th at 10:00pm. Team swim cap order deadline is April 13th.

More information will be sent in the coming weeks as we get close to our Time Trials meet. If you have general questions, feel free to email us at [email protected]
