Hi families,

Did you know it takes more than 120 volunteers (not including officials or board members) to successfully run a home swim meet? That means we truly need all hands on deck each weekend to make these meets happen for our swimmers!

First, thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer this weekend. We appreciate your willingness to jump in and help our team. W.e are still looking to fill about 23 volunteer spots in order to host Bridgeland this Saturday If your swimmer will be attending the meet, please take a moment to sign up for a job if you haven’t already.

To help ensure we have all the volunteers needed to run a smooth and efficient meet, I will begin assigning families to any remaining open volunteer spots on Wednesday. Please take a look at the sign-up before then so you can choose a volunteer position that works best for your family if you are not already signed up.

To show our appreciation for those families who go above and beyond, we’re excited to introduce a volunteer raffle beginning May 23 and continuing through the end of the season! Families will earn one raffle ticket for every volunteer point earned beyond the 5 point requirement. We’ll be giving away some fun prizes throughout the season, including a free swimmer registration!
