BIGGEST MEET OF THE SEASON & PEP RALLY INFORMATION!

Happy Friday and Divisionals Eve!  I hope you all are getting pumped up for the biggest meet of the season tomorrow.   Below is everything you need to know so please read all the way through.

PEP RALLY… PIE IN THE COACH’S FACE!

Today’s pep rally kicks off at 6 pm.  We’ll have the usual pizza & drinks for sale along with fun games and prizes.  You can get your event numbers as well.  Our special activity will be a drawing for the opportunity to put a whipped cream pie in the face of the coach of your choice!  All swimmers who attend will be entered into the drawing.  We will also be decorating cars for the caravan to Campbell MS tomorrow.  Don’t miss all the fun! 

TOMORROW

Meet location: Campbell Middle School, 11415 Bobcat Road

All swimmers must be circled in by 7:15.  Warmup begins immediately following.  The circle in boards will be located in our designated area.   There is a map attached showing where our team area is located.  Each team has an assigned area as you will see.  There will also be food trucks, vendors, etc; all also shown on the map.

The viewing area is VERY small and you will only be allowed in to watch your child’s specific events.  There will be no ‘camping out’ or saving seats inside the pool area.   Be courteous and exit as soon as your swimmer is done to make room for the other parents. 

Please be prepared for the heat & humidity as we will all be outside most the day.  We want to make sure everyone stays hydrated and safe.

LeAnne will also be at the pep rally tonight and meet tomorrow taking orders/payments for the Invitational shirts (artwork attached). Deadline is Sunday at 9 am for orders and payment.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  She has to have the total and list of names to the vendor by 10 am.

We have a very strong team this year and need everyone to swim lights out tomorrow!  Please try to rest and fuel up today so we’ll all be ready to rock the blocks tomorrow!!  Let’s swim hard and HAVE FUN!!  EAT ‘EM UP, CROCS!!
