INVITATIONAL ENTRIES - If you have already qualified for RWB or PON, please sign up now!  If you qualify on Sat at the Divisional Meet, sign up right after the meet.  I will need to do my entries Sat Night and Sun.  PON has to be turned in SUN morning (so, I have zero wiggle room).

PON or RWB? Some of you have sent me questions because your swimmer is split with entries at both meets.  PON has all FREE and BACK, FREE RELAYS on SAT...RWB has all events 10&Under on SAT.  PON has Breast, Fly, IM, MEDLEY RELAYS on SUN...RWB has all events 11&Up on SUN.  You can in some cases drive back and forth between meets trying to make it to all of your events, but it can be tricky.  You will know better when the time lines are posted.

PON RELAYS - You do not have to have a PON time to participate in a relay.  If you are normally part of the A or B relay and would like to be a part of the PON relay please email me at [email protected].  I would love to have all A relays at PON if possible.  For instance all 10&Under Medley Relays can go to PON on Sun as there are no conflicts with RWB on that day.  All 11&Up Free Relays can go to PON on Sat as there are no conflicts with RWB on that day.

PROGRESSIVE RELAYS (combined relay of the fastest in each age group and sometimes someone that is already scheduled to be there for an individual event for boys and girls) FOR BOTH DAYS...please let me know if you cannot!
