DEADLINE FOR END OF SEASON PARTY, SLIDE SHOW PHOTOS & INVITATIONAL SHIRTS

Tomorrow, June 15th is the deadline to RSVP & pay for the team end of season party.  The party will be held on Monday, June 19th at 5:30 pm at the Coles Crossing Community Center.  Payments can be dropped off at 13715 Greenwood Manor or in the box at the lap pool (until practice ends at 11:15).

Registered Coles Crocs swimmers eat for free and all other family members are just $10.00 each.  Awards, recognition and the traditional slide show will begin at 5:30 with a tasty fajita dinner catered by Backyard Grill to follow.  Tickets will be distributed to registrants as you enter the event the night of the party.  The main pool will open at 6:30 just for Crocs and their families and we’ll have a DJ this year that will really help us Croc It Up!  Questions? WE NEED YOUR PHOTOS FOR THE SLIDE SHOW!

We are looking for some great photos from the season and are hoping you have some to share!  We prefer group photos although a few individual shots are fine too.  If you have a large number of photos, a zip drive or CD are preferred.  If you have 10 or less, please send via email to [email protected].  

Please send any photos that you already have ASAP and any additional ones that you take this weekend at Divisionals can be sent by noon on Sunday.   Our slide show is only a success with your help so thanks in advance for any photos you can share!

INVITATIONAL SHIRTS

For the first time in the last few years, we are doing special team shirts for Invitational qualifiers and their families.  The shirts are going to be awesome.  I’ll send out the artwork as soon as it’s ready… hopefully by tomorrow morning!  The shirts will be black; adult sizes will be Comfort Colors & the youth sizes will be a softer cotton than our standard cotton t-shirt.  Each of the invitational qualifiers’ names will be listed on the back of the shirt. 

Available sizes are Youth S-XL ($10) and Adult S-XXL ($15).  Sizes and payment are due no later than Sunday at 10 am.  If you have a swimmer who is already qualified and you are interested in shirts, please go ahead and order them now.  The only reason we are extending deadline to Sunday is for those who may qualify at Divisionals.   Payment can be dropped off between now and Sunday morning at 13403 Layton Castle Lane or can be paid in person to LeAnne at the pep rally on Friday or at Divisionals on Saturday.   Any questions?
