Congratulations to the team for finishing 3rd out of 33 teams at Summer Thunder!

Congratulations specifically to the 13-14 Girls, who literally re-wrote the entire team record book for their age group!

The relay team of Lilly Redwine, Sabryn Mass, Isabel Davis, and Cianna Mims set a new record in the 200 Free Relay, dropping almost 7 seconds off their seed time to take first place with a time of 1:47.91.  That took almost a full second off the 2009 team record that has stood for 8 years!

The same group then obliterated the record in the 13-14 Girls Medley relay with a time of 2:00.78, dropping almost 4 seconds off the record that was set just last year!

In the 13-14 Girls 50 Backstroke, three different swimmers all beat the 6 year old team record in a matter of about 2 minutes!  Isabel Davis (30.76), Lilly Redwine (30.70), and Cianna Mims (30.05) all bested the previous record of 31.31, which had been held by Conor Glenn since 2011!

Cianna Mims also took the team records in 50 Free (25.26), 100 Free (56.50), and 100 IM (1:01.24), bettering marks previously held by Paige Nunley (2014), Claire Smith (2013), and Tamara Praczko (2016).

Finally, Cianna also lowered her own team records in 50 Breaststroke and 50 Butterfly with times of 31.91 and 27.69, respectively!
