RELAY CHANGES IN THE AM - please check the circle in board both as an individual and on the RELAY BOARD.  If you know your event # for the relay you are in, this will speed up check in.

SUMMER THUNDER - Don't forget your last chance to sign up for Summer Thunder is Saturday night!  There are several age groups that are lacking enough to even make up a relay team.  It's a great meet and a great opportunity for dropping time in NON TURBULENT LANES AT THE HS.
