Crocs:

Sorry for so many emails this week, but since it's the first official meet for about almost 1/3 of the team, we really want to make sure everyone knows what's going on this week - other weeks will follow the same pattern.

The meet entry deadline passed at midnight, so I hope you got your kiddos entered if they are planning to swim this week.  On Wednesday, you can go back to the website and click on the same Meet Entry button you used to enter your kids into the meet.  Now it will pop up a list of all the Crocs entries for this week.  This is a great opportunity to look over the list and double check that your swimmer is entered correctly - sometimes people forget to hit Save, and their swimmer isn't really entered.  If you see any problems with your kids' entries, email [email protected] as soon as you can.  On Wednesday, there is a good chance we can fix problems, but later it will be outside our control.

On Wednesday, the coaches are working with the entries to generate relay teams, and tweak the individual events for the good of the team, or sometimes, for the good of a swimmer.  (You may see your swimmer moved to a different event during this time frame.) To accommodate this activity, behind the scenes, we have to change the meet entry deadline so it will allow relay entries, for example.  So, you may notice that it now says the entry deadline is Thursday - please ignore that date - it's just a quirk of the way this system works that it has to be that way.
