Crocs:

We have come to the end of another Crocs season!  We hope everyone had fun!

There are a couple of last minute housekeeping items...

Invitational Payments:

If you have not paid for invitationals, please take your payment to 13715 Greenwood Manor.  It can be left in the box on the front porch.  Please make checks out to Coles Crocs, and please place cash in an envelope with the swimmer's name on it.

For invitationals, the fee is $5 per individual event.  Since the team has paid for the swimmers based on entries, and the fees are not refundable to the team, you will need to reimburse the team for entry fees, even if something happened and your swimmer couldn't be there.

Ribbons:

For the next several days, the ribbon boxes will be on the front porch at 15827 Lavendar Run Dr.  In addition to ribbons and medals, there will be a box of team medals for those that did not make it to the awards banquet and would like one.  Any team pictures and related merchandise that has not yet been picked up should be there in the family folder as well.

Please DO NOT ring the doorbell or knock on the door - there are people sleeping during the day at this address, and EVERYTHING that we have so far is already in the box.  If you have questions about whether you have anything in the box, you may contact Barbara Bullock at [email protected].

Please note that ribbons may come trickling in for a couple of weeks.  The Woodlands Waves ran out of ribbons, so we don't have any 4th-6th place ribbons from that meet, or any ribbons at all from events 51-80.  Our team representatives are working with theirs to get that cleared up.  We also ran out of time improvement ribbons, and the new shipment has not yet been received.  We'll keep you up to date as things develop.
