Crocs:

As we get ready for the Divisional Championship this week, please keep in mind a couple of approaching deadlines...

Awards Banquet:

The deadline to sign up for the Awards Banquet is tomorrow (Thursday) at 11:00 am.  There an envelope at the pool on the concession stand counter for registration and payment.  People can also register by sending swimmer names and total number of guests to [email protected]‎. Payment can be dropped off at 13102 Tarbet Place Court in an envelope by the front door. Payment must be received by noon on Thursday, 6/16.

We have to turn in a headcount to Candelari's by noon, so if you haven't signed up and paid by then, you won't be on the list for food.  Swimmers eat free, but must still RSVP by noon tomorrow to be on the list.  Non swimmers are only $7.50 each.  The Banquet is being catered by Candelari's Pizza, and will take place Monday at 6:00 at Sampson.  See you there!

Invitationals:

The deadline for post season invitationals is also coming up quickly.  If you already know you want to participate in Red, White & Blue or Ponderosa, please sign up now.  Sign up will be available until Saturday at midnight, so kids that qualify at Divisional can still get in, but the Coaches have requested that those who have already qualified, please sign up now so they can begin planning relays, etc. 

As with all inviationals, there is a fee of $5 per individual event that will need to be paid to the Crocs even if something happens and you can't be there.  This is because the team has to pay for your entry, and those fees are not refundable to the team, so the team can't refund them either.  Please drop off invitational fees in the box on the porch at 13715 Greenwood Manor.  Checks should be made out to Coles Crocs.  Cash should be placed in an envelope with the swimmer's name written on it.
