Hi all,

As Glen mentioned in his message earlier today, Divisionals is Saturday and we will need everyone to step up to assist with the volunteer roles, regardless of the number of credits earned to date.  If you have a swimmer at Divisionals, you are asked to help the team by signing up for a volunteer slot.  The breakdown of the shifts is different for Divsionals.  Instead of the standard 2 shifts, we will have 5 shifts.  The shifts are split in the following manner:

• Shift 1 -- Events 1 - 18​
• Shift 2 -- Events 19 - 34
• Shift 3 -- Events 35 - 50
• Shift 4 -- Events 51 - 64
• Shift 5 -- Events 65 - 80

The only exception to this is going to be the concessions area which will run 3 shifts.  I do not know the event or time breakdown for that yet but will post once it is known. 

When signing up for a position, take note of the event numbers that the role is for.  I've had to set up the template different due to limitations with the software.  The screen will show a lengthy list of volunteer roles and not in a neat table format.  Each of the roles lists the event numbers that correspond to the shift time.

Also note that there is a site and team setup on Friday evening at Cy Springs High School.  We will need 4 people to help tape off team areas and assist with relocating the cafeteria tables.  This is planned from 5:30 - 7:00ish PM Friday.
