SUMMER THUNDER - ENTRIES/RELAYS ARE DONE - IF YOU SIGNED UP, CHECK YOUR EVENTS INCLUDING RELAYS!

GROUPS - Green/Black will merge, White and 6U will begin intro on breast and fly.  It is so important that you stay with the groups you are in, if you are in a group currently that is not fitted for what you are working on you will be moved.  It's all in keeping you developmentally appropriate...you can't learn breast and fly til you get free and back down.  It's like learning to run or walk before you learn to crawl.

LAST WEEK OF NIGHT PRACTICES - SCHEDULE IS GETTING READY TO CHANGE - CHECK FOR NEW TIMES/GROUPS We will move practices to the morning for all groups.  There will only be 2 night practices per week for swimmers of working parents or with schedule conflicts on TUES/THURS. 

FRIDAY CLINICS: These will fill up fast, it's $10 per clinic per swimmer.  In your email you will need to let me know your swimmers age, which clinic and which stroke where appropriate.

FRI 9:00 AM - STARTS/TURNS/FINISHES - 10&Under and 11&Up

FRI 10:00 AM - BREAST or FLY - 10&Under and 11&Up
