Party!!!:

Join us for the Preseason Team Party tonight at the pool 6:00!  There will be a 20 foot slide and pool time and activities for the kids, and music and food for everyone!  We'll have a $1 menu with hamburgers, pizza, and drinks, all for $1 - the hamburgers are being provided and grilled by one of our generous sponsors, Raus Restoration, so give Johnny a big thank you when you see him!  And...Bahama Bucks will have a truck in the parking lot providing delicious treats!

During the team party, we'll have our annual tent space auction!  The auction is an annual fund raiser for the team in which we auction off prime tent spaces for families to use during the year, so be ready to bid on some prime real estate for those home meets, and support the team, all at the same time!  The tent space auction will begin at about 6:30.

We'll try and wrap everything up by about 7:45.

Time Trials:

Our meet schedule starts tomorrow morning with our Time Trials meet!  Team pictures begin at 7:00, so be there before 7 to participate.  Warm-ups will begin after pictures, with the meet starting at 8:30.  We hope to be finished by about 2 or 3.

Before the meet, there will be swimmer lists posted near the bike racks.  You or your swimmer will need to go by there and make sure to circle their name as an indication that the swimmer is there and will participate - this is called circling in, and is required at all Crocs meets.  If you swimmer is not circled in, they are subject to being scratched from the meet, so this is very important.  The volunteers at the circle in area will also be able to help you determine what events your swimmer is signed up for - they will be writing event numbers on swimmers' arms as requested to help everyone keep track.

There will be shepherd tents set up in the grass for the younger age groups, and supervised by parent volunteers.  Your swimmers are welcome to go to these tents and hang out with their friends for the whole meet if they want to.  Please at least send younger swimmers to the shepherd tent before each event - the shepherds will get them organized and to the ready bench at the proper time.

If you have questions, there will be an information table on the pavers near the blocks.  Please go there with questions - NOT TO THE COMPUTER TENT.  The computer volunteers will be VERY BUSY and will not be able to stop to answer questions.
