PRIVATE LESSONS - There is a sign up on the counter of the concession stand or you can email me for a spot.  Coach Jeff, Coach Madden, myself and our Coach Assistants Allison, Tyler, and Rodrigo are all taking spots as early as this Friday between the hours of 3-6 before the first pep rally.  

TIME TRIALS - Can't believe we are already 3 weeks in! :) Time Trials is just around the corner.  For a little advice when it comes to picking your events this week...10&Under should all be doing 25 FREE/25 BACK, 25 BREAST and 25 FLY for all that feel like they are close to legal or have an understanding of the stroke, 100 IM for all that are almost legal in all 4 strokes and 50 FREE for all 9/10's and a few 8&Under that have my permission.  11&Up should be signed up for all 50's and the 100 IM, 100 FREE.
