Hi Crocs families,

Our time trials meet is next Saturday, which means it is almost time to sign up for those volunteer positions.  The sign up will open at 8PM Sunday evening.  Here are the steps to follow to sign up for a volunteer position.

• Log in to the Colescrocs.org website
  • If this is your first time logging in, here is initial information:

Website Login:

All of you should now be able log in to the Crocs' website.  The first time you log in, please use your email as your ID.  The default password is colescrocs.  The first time you log in, it will ask you to change your password.  Please take a moment and make sure you can log in.  When the time comes, you will have to be able to log in to sign your kids up for meets and sign yourself up for volunteer jobs.  Once you log in, please take a moment to go to Team Information, Roster and make sure all your swimmers are listed correctly.

• On the left hand side of the screen, you will an Events section.  The upcoming meets and other events are listed.  Find the Coles Crocs Time Trials event.  Click the 'V' in the box (Volunteer for this event).
• A listing of all the positions is brought up.  Open boxes indicate the available roles and time slots.
• Click on the ? in the circle for details about the role and the time frame for when the job is required.
• Click in box of the role and time slot you would like to volunteer.
• Type in the name if different than what populates
• Scroll to bottom of page and click Save

Between Sunday and Monday (@8PM), each family can sign up for 1 volunteer slot.  After Monday at 8PM, you will be able to select an additional slot if you would like.
